An issue always at the forefront our guys minds is Thinning Hair. We all need to except our hair for what it is. If it�s thinning, we need to ask ourselves to what extent, and be honest and ask ourselves what can we realistically do about it. � STYLING: When it comes to styling, it's important to remember that certain styles and treatments can cause breakage or root damage. So avoid excessively gelled looks. All that gel will suffocate your skin and hair follicle. When brushing and combing be sure do so gently. And remember too much exposure to the sun, wind and swimming-pool chemicals, will dry out your hair and scalp.

� COMBS & BRUSHES: Do not use metal combs, extra fine teeth combs and those with sharp teeth, because they can cause different types of damage, cause split ends, and scratch your scalp. Use brushes and combs with widely spaced bristles and teeth with smooth tips.
� DIET: Some of the country's leading dermatologists have said that diet has very little to do with hair loss! Case studies of World War II concentration camp victims show that while many were starving... there was little evidence, (if any) of hair loss.
